Using Policy of PolyNFT AI - The AI Photo Generator

1. Introduction

PolyNFT AI is an innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) photo generator that produces unique, high-quality images. This document outlines the using policy for PolyNFT AI, ensuring that users have a clear understanding of the rules and guidelines in place to maintain ethical and responsible usage of the platform.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

PolyNFT AI generates original images using proprietary algorithms, and these images are considered the intellectual property of PolyNFT AI. Upon generating an image, users are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the generated image for personal and commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to PolyNFT AI.

3. Permitted Use

Users are allowed to use the generated images for various purposes, such as digital art, NFTs, marketing materials, and social media content. However, using the images in a manner that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited. PolyNFT AI reserves the right to terminate user accounts found to be violating these guidelines.

4. Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from:

a. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the PolyNFT AI platform or any of its algorithms.

b. Using generated images to create and/or distribute offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.

c. Reselling or redistributing generated images without proper attribution to PolyNFT AI.

d. Tampering with, hacking, or otherwise attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

PolyNFT AI shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of generated images. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolyNFT AI from any claims or disputes resulting from their use of the platform.

6. Ownership Rights

With PolyNFT_AI, the Assets you create are yours. However, this does not apply to upscaled images from other creators - the original creators retain ownership. PolyNFT does not provide legal advice or interpretation. Consult your lawyer for any legal concerns in your jurisdiction. Your ownership remains even if you downgrade or cancel your membership, with certain exceptions.

If you're an employee or owner of a business that grosses over $1,000,000 USD annually and you're utilizing the Services for your employer, you need to purchase a $48 membership per person accessing the PolyNFT_AI generations to retain ownership of created Assets. If there's doubt regarding your usage, consider it as on behalf of your employer.

Without a Paid Membership, you do not own the Assets you create.

Remember: PolyNFT is an open platform allowing public use and alteration of your images and prompts. By default, your images are publicly viewable and modifiable.

Keep in mind, any image you generate in shared spaces like a Telegram chatroom is accessible to all participants.

7. Modification of Policy

PolyNFT AI may update or modify this using policy at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the policy periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Termination

PolyNFT AI reserves the right to terminate user accounts and revoke access to the platform for any reason, including violation of these policies or misuse of the service.
